Creates a free single-page website (hosted forever, no expiry).

**Required Parameters:**
- business_name: Name of the business
- business_type: Type (plumber, restaurant, dentist, salon, lawyer, etc.)
- contact_email: Contact email

**Optional Parameters:**
- phone: Business phone number
- location: City, State or full address
- description: Business description (improves content quality)
- user_prompt: Custom instructions for content generation (max 700 chars)
